Support Packages

 

At Stockport Computers Limited we offer three Business Support packages.

Level 1 - Pay as you go

Telephone / Remote support

  • Telephone support only / Remote support is not available.
  • Software support only.
  • Not include; virus removal, network issues, new equipment or new users.

Call-out support

  • Charged per half hour.
  • Standard rate for hardware / software / replacement / upgrade.
Level 2 - Support Agreement

Telephone / Remote support

  • Charged per half hour (discounted rate).
  • Software support only.
  • Not include: virus removal, network issues, new equipment or new users.
  • Not include: Server maintenance or software install / upgrades.

Call-out support

  • Charged per half hour (discounted rate).
  • Onsite response within 6 hours of support request.
Level 3 - Service Level Agreement

Telephone / Remote support

  • No charge (as per in Agreement).
  • Software support only.
  • Not include: virus removal, network issues, new equipment or new users.
  • Includes Server maintenance.

Call-out support

  • No charge for labour on maintenance of items as per schedule.
  • Charged per half hour (discounted rate).
  • Onsite response within 6 hours of support request.

Hardware / Software

  • Charged per item of new Hardware and Software.
  • Charged per item of replacement Hardware and Software.
